State Start Unit status Out of order Unit status attributes   Effect The cell is disabled Reported alarms 7653 CELL FAULTY LED display None Instructions 1. Check the other active alarms and act accordingly. 2. If that does not help, block/unblock the system module. 3. FSMr2: If that does not help, replace the system module.
